Your Role as a Senior Service Advisor:
- Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to customers, assisting them with all service-related queries
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs and preferences to ensure a personalised experience
- Oversee the entire service process, from booking to completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for the customer
- Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve and exceed performance and customer satisfaction targets·
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing automotive service role, ideally within a main dealership environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and meeting/exceeding service targets
- A full UK driving license
- Salary: £28,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonus, OTE £34,000 !!!
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
