Are you an experienced CNC Machinist (Turner/Mill-Turn) looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Wolverhampton facility. We design and manufacture complex, high-precision mechanical products for various industries. As a CNC 5 Axis / Turner, you will play a key role in machining components to exceptionally tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities of the CNC 5 Axis:- Operating CNC lathes and mill-turn machines
- Working with a variety of materials
- Setting up and using machine tools confidently and competently
- Conducting 1st-off inspections and completing quality documentation
- Ensuring precision by using appropriate measurement equipment
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Indentured apprenticeship, craft, or technical qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing, ideally within the aerospace sector
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tooling
- Excellent attention to detail and process improvement mindset
- Familiarity with relevant inspection techniques and equipment
- Salary of £40,500 plus shift premium (£45k)
