Job Overview:
Our client seeks a hands-on Freelance Site Manager / Working Foreman for a fast-track refurbishment at a chain restaurant in Torquay. Ideal candidates will have a strong carpentry background and be ready to lead on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site activities and ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain health and safety standards on-site.
Provide hands-on support as needed.
Requirements:
Strong carpentry experience.
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness.
Proven track record in site management, especially in refurbishments.
