Manpower is seeking a dedicated caretaker for a public sector client. You'll ensure smooth operation and maintenance of facilities which includes internal painting.

Main Duties:

Perform key holder duties
Ensure premises cleanliness
Assist with minor repairs and basic maintenance
Undertake grounds maintenance tasks
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Previous experience in caretaking or as a handyperson and painting/decorating
Basic maintenance skills.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
Familiarity with moving and handling procedures.
DBS check and satisfactory references required.
