Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Oversee accounts management and ensure compliance
- Drive cost management and efficiency improvements
What They Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in finance management (ideally in an SME or digital agency)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, VAT returns, and financial software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (preferred)
- A passion for finance and helping businesses grow
Salary Range: 60,000 - 65,000
Location: Fully office-based - Colchester
