Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support business decisions that drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and provide accurate financial analysis and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Perform variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual and forecasted figures.
• Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and resources.
• Support senior management with financial reporting and decision-making processes.
• Manage cash flow and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Support audit processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and financial modeling for long-term growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in management accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial software.
• Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work with large sets of data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with non-financial stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital media or technology industries.
• Familiarity with cloud-based financial tools and systems.
• Advanced financial modeling and budgeting skills.
