Management Accountant

Your new companyInternational organisation with offices in Colchester, Essex are looking to recruit a finalist or qualified accountant to join the finance team in Colchester, working on a hybrid basis, to support business growth. Your new roleWorking closely with the UK and international entities, you will provide support and review the production of monthly management accountsMonitor and manage financial performance, identifying trends and variances.Prepare profit and loss statements and manage month-end reporting processes.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial operations.Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, reporting and systemsWhat you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be a finalist or qualified accountant; CIMA, ACA, ACCA with good IT skills, including Excel to and intermediate level.Excellent communications skills, verbal and writtenArticulate, self-motivated and enthusiastic, team player Keen to develop their skills and knowledge What you'll get in returnYou will be joining a fast-moving international organisation which prides itself on providing its clients with market-leading new initiatives and excellent quality of service.
