We are delighted to be working with an Essex based Accountancy firm who are highly regarded and a successful accountancy, tax, and advisory firm of chartered accountants. Due to unprecedented growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Senior into their Colchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients which include Directors, Self Employed, Subcontractors and Partnerships.
  • Communicate directly with clients.
  • Dealing with HMRC.
  • Preparation of P11D’s
  • Preparation of Tax Returns and self-employed/Partnership accounts.
  • Supporting the Tax Director with ad hoc advisory work.

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Practice experience is essential.
  • Possess practical/technical knowledge of personal tax.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in client facing roles.
  • Confidence when communicating with stakeholders.
  • Proactive.
