LGS Vision Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very modern, forward-thinking firm of accountants as they search for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
Our client is based on the outskirts of Colchester and are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team which would quickly progress into a Client Manager position.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and excel in a dynamic environment. As you join their team you will be first point of contact for clients, building relationships and providing professional and reliable accounting services.
Role:
- Responding to client queries promptly and professionally
- Delegating tasks to your team efficiently
- Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax work
- Identifying and communicating changes in legislation, practice, or software
- Monitoring teams work, providing support for goal achievement
- Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance profit margins
- Driving turnover through renewals, extra work orders, and client conversion
- Contributing to team growth and efficiencies
Requirements:
- Qualified ACCA/ACA/AAT Level 4
- 4+ years practice experience
- Ability to handle client queries
- Team player and support junior members
- Building relationships with clients
Package:
- £40,000 - £45,000 as a starting salary
