Accounts Assistant
We are recruiting for a brilliant company based in Colchester who are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Accessing online banking, notifying of funds received and initiating bank transfers to client and supplier bank accounts
- Assisting colleagues and accounting queries
- Following and being familiar with SRA accounting rules
- Reconciling of client and office bank accounts
- Managing supplier invoicing
- Speaking with clients to take payments
- Allocating interest and movement of money within deposit accounts
- Handling petty cash
- Processing and assisting with delivering client bills
This is a part-time position, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with hours of 9am-5:15pm and is a fully office based position.Salary is 24-26.5k pro rata to hours worked.
