This all-boys school caters to students aged10-16 yearswith a range of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are currently seeking a confident and committedCover Supervisorto join their supportive and passionate team.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning and that their needs are met. While experience working with SEMH students is desirable, it is not essentialwhat matters most is confidence, resilience, and a passion for making a difference. The school is also committed to offering comprehensive training and professional development for the right candidate.

• Supervise and manage students in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment for students aged10-16 yearswith SEMH needs.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure students stay on track with their work.
• Encourage participation in both classroom andoutdoor learning activities, as the school promotes outdoor education.
• Support students' social, emotional, and mental health through positive interactions and guidance.

• Confidenceand enthusiasm for working with students with SEMH needs.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour in a calm, supportive manner.
• A passion foroutdoor activitiesand a willingness to engage in the schools outdoor learning programs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and support various needs.
