Account Manager

Our client is a leading digital agency specialising in interactive marketing solutions for off plan property sales. They are a team of talented individuals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals through impactful digital experiences.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for valued clients, building strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. You'll be a key player in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Duties (include but are not limited to)

  • Build and nurture client relationships: develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, goals, and challenges.
  • Project management: working effectively as a Project Manager, collaborating with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Communication: keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Strategic planning: contribute to the development of digital strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • New business development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business leads.
  • Financial management: Monitor project budgets, track invoices, and ensure timely payments.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency or similar environment essential
  • Experience working with clients in property development or similar strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • A passion for digital and a desire to deliver exceptional client experiences.
