Job Title: Marketing Account Manager

Salary: 30,000 - £35,000

Hours: Full Time, 09:00 - 17:30, Monday - Friday

About the Role

Market 36 Recruitment are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our Client based near Kelvedon. In this role, you will act as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong marketing background, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring clear communication. Oversee multiple projects from brief to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Work closely with internal teams, including Creative and Development, to deliver high-quality work. Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and develop long-term partnerships. Provide accurate project quotes and oversee the invoicing process. Maintain detailed project records and ensure seamless internal coordination. Support and mentor an Account Executive, delegating tasks and overseeing performance.

What We’re Looking For

Marketing experience is essential - a background in marketing is a must for this role.Agency experience is highly desirable - understanding how to manage multiple clients and projects is key.Strong project management, organisation, and client relationship skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Degree preferred but not essential if you have relevant experience.
