What you’ll do:

Work closely with clients to develop briefs and feasibility reports.
Prepare planning applications, building regulations, and detailed design drawings.
Lead tender processes and provide technical support throughout projects.
Attend site meetings, liaise with contractors, and manage project delivery.
Ensure construction detailing is spot on and resolve any technical issues.
Take ownership of projects, keeping everything on track and within budget.

What you’ll need:

Architectural Technologist degree.
Strong Revit skills.
Experience running projects from concept to completion.
Knowledge of residential projects preferred.
MCIAT qualification (or working towards it).
