Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience

They are specialists within the heritage and conservation sectors but have a diverse portfolio of exciting and significant projects. The successful Senior Architect will have substantial experience , with a passion for heritage projects and delivering innovative high quality designs with their excellent technical skills and design flare..
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- Extensive post qualification experience with several years as a Project Architect
- ARB registered and Part Three RIBA qualified
- Prior knowledge of project delivery and management
- Strong design and technical skills
- Experience with conservation and heritage projects
- Thorough knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations
- Demonstratable experience across all RIBA stages in particular on stages 4&5
- Excellent client facing communication skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Leadership experience is essential
- Ideally experience in AutoCAD, Revit and NBS
- AABC accreditation or on track for it
- Comprehensive commercial awareness and ability to take financial control of the project
