Pure is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Witham. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive attitude toward driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build new business and manage existing client relationships using various communication channels.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide tailored advice to meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Manage detailed operational information effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance commercial relationships with clients.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and a strong sales background.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong general computer skills.
- GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths.
- Excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, ambitious, and highly organized.
