Join Our Dream Team as a Senior Mortgage Administrator.
Location: Colchester, Essex (Office-based, full-time)
Target: IT competent candidates with a passion for Customer Service and admin excellence.
Salary: £27500.00 minimum salary guaranteed for your 1st 6 months at which point commission earnings kick in, taking you on target earning to an OTE of an achievable £34,000 with a basic salary of £22,000.00 for a full year. (Commission and OTE is uncapped!)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do: As a Senior Personal Mortgage Progressor, you’re the hero who helps our customers move into their dream homes. You’ll guide them from reservation to moving in, all within 6 weeks! Expect to juggle a pipeline of 40-60 customers, liaising with housebuilders, solicitors, and lenders, making sure everyone’s on the same page. You’ll be the friendly voice that ensures everything runs smoothly, maintaining top-notch relationships and delivering service that exceeds expectations.
