Responsibilities
- Understanding the customer’s needs, and providing insurance solutions to that are best suited to their requirements
- Handling clients and some prospects in a timely professional manner, and that exceptional customer experience is always delivered, and that business standards are adhered to at all time
- Processing correspondence, renewals activity, new business quotations
- Ensuring that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes
- Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards and external regulatory bodies.
- Achieving and maintaining the required competencies for the role.
- Ensuring that any customer complaints are identified and handled strictly within the company's complaints procedure.
Client Executive
- Supporting managment with external client relationships and taking responsibility for a number of clients which want Client Exec support.
- Work on an existing book of business to maximise income and provide clients with a comprehensive service proposition.
- Manage and develop an existing partners and new ones.
- To provide management and direction to the sales and customer service management team/resource and provide leadership and motivation in achieving sales and development targets.
- To develop income opportunities from the existing clients and new, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income.
- To provide accurate management information on sales process, market opportunities and team performance.
- To develop effective sales and marketing strategies that support the company goals within the leadership team.
- Our approach is to maintain small teams with strong customer focus.
Objectives And Responsibilities
- Development of a client strategy for the target business. This will involve working closely with the team in relation to new business sales on an ongoing basis including conducting structured review meetings and away days.
- Some pipeline management
- Support marketing strategy
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and be an ambassador for the team.
- Support motivating and leading the team and celebrates success.
Useful Skills for The Role
- Some previous experience as an Account Executive and or Development Executive within an Insurance Broker
- Experience in Sales Management and delivery of financial results
- Track record in personal sales
- Acturis experience.
