Due to internal rearrangement this company are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to come in and be a overall support to the current team able to adapt and grow within the job role.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Reconciling customers invoices
  • Rent and various ad-hoc invoices
  • Cash reconciliations, cash refunds and final credit note checks
  • Invoices queries and credit notes
  • Assist other companies within the group
  • Cash receipts and rebates
  • Help to produce Month end usages
  • Help with POD requests
  • Able to competently liaise with various levels of staff and supplies and customers alike

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Multi-cost centre experience
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Confident to work individually
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Great interpersonal skills
