Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operator in the Colchester, Essex area for an international manufacturer with an immediate start.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern including days, nights, and weekends, with scheduled days off built into the shifts. This is a long term temporary position.

Duties Of The Machine Operator:

• Safe and efficient running of the machines
• Achieving targeted output goals
• Cleaning down machinery during material changes
• Undertaking quality control tasks and performing quality checks

The Ideal Machine Operator:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good level of numeracy
• Looking for a long-term role

Pay & Hours:

• Working on a rotating 12 hours shift pattern (including days, nights and weekends)
• 12.20ph
