Working days:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

  • Realistic On Target Earnings of £30,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

The role of a Business Development Manager will involve the following:

  • Manage a team of up to 10 individuals
  • Achieve KPI Targets

  • Ensure business growth and client retention
  • Conduct 1:1 and regular performance reviews.
  • Build and develop relationships with front line staff (Branch Managers/Sales negotiators/ Valuers)
