Salary: Hourly pay based on experience, starting from £12.50

Job description / Responsibilities:

-To cut and prepare multi species to required specifications from production lists,

-Operating in a manor to comply with HACCP requirements and in line with Direct Meats policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety regulations,

-To ensure traceability information stays with the product whilst on the cutting line
