We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Chef to join our culinary team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to culinary techniques and hygiene standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings tailored to weddings and fine dining.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of dishes served to guests, maintaining presentation and taste standards.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and ensure efficient staffing levels during peak service times.
- Monitor food costs and assist in managing the kitchen budget to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
