We focus on serving up high quality, freshly prepared and delicious dishes every day & as Sous Chef youll play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the food operation in our busy food lead pub.

Positions also available in Braintree, Great Dunmow, Chelmsford and Billericay area.

Your role:

  • Work as part of the Management Team to open and close the kitchen and ensure shifts runs smoothly
  • Act as Head Chef during their absence.
  • Preparing high quality food to order and ensuring your brigade has the highest culinary standards
  • Managing stock and ordering
  • Ensure you and your team maintain a 5 star level of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.
