Head Pastry Chef - £35k to £36k plus £5k in tips - Colchester - all fresh food - own transport - You will be working with a Michelin Star Head Chef. You will work either 4 days on and 3 days off or 5 days on and 2 days off per week on a rota in this 50 cover all fresh food hotel restaurant. Here we cook fresh seasonal dishes everyday to a very high standard. We are offering a salary of £35k £36K plus £5k in tips per year. We close the kitchen at 9pm Monday to Saturday and close it at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Staff meals are provided both lunch and dinner.

We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef who can produce pastries and desserts to a high level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Head Pastry Chef who enjoys working to high standards and ideally has a AA Rosette cooking/pastry background from a high end gastro, restaurant or hotel.

Salary & Benefits

  • 45/55 hour week
