Here we cook fresh seasonal dishes everyday to a very high standard. You will be working with a Michelin Star Head Chef. You will work 4 days on, 3 days off over a week or 5 days on and 2 days off. We are offering a salary of £31k to £32K plus £5k in tips per year. We close the kitchen at 9pm Monday to Saturday and close it at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Staff meals are provided both lunch and dinner.

We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef who can cook to a high level at AA Rosette level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Junior Sous Chef who enjoys working to high standards and has a AA Rosette cooking background from a high end gastro, restaurant or hotel.
