This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Cricketers kitchen team as Sous Chef. The Cricketers is a family run business that has been established since 2006. Our beautiful pub is open 7 days a week and we pride ourselves on good food, using locally sourced produce and great service.

2 years minimum kitchen experience required
Drivers license required
Ability to work alongside the head chef or in the head chefs absence
Work alongside and be able to lead a great team

Duties include:

Day to day smooth running of service
Ordering and stock rotation
Health and hygiene upkeep
Paperwork up to date
Contribute to new menus and bring new ideas to the table
Maintain great rapport with suppliers and your team
