- 2 years minimum kitchen experience required
- Drivers license required
- Ability to work alongside the head chef or in the head chefs absence
- Work alongside and be able to lead a great team
Duties include:
- Day to day smooth running of service
- Ordering and stock rotation
- Health and hygiene upkeep
- Paperwork up to date
- Contribute to new menus and bring new ideas to the table
- Maintain great rapport with suppliers and your team
