Sous Chef - £35k plus £5k in tips - Colchester - all fresh food - own transport, AA Rosette cooking experience - This 50 cover all fresh food hotel restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to join their brigade of 5. Here we cook fresh seasonal dishes everyday to a very high standard. You will be working with a Michelin Star Head Chef. We are offering a salary of £35k plus £5k in tips per year. We close the kitchen at 9pm Monday to Saturday and close it at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Staff meals are provided both lunch and dinner.
Experience
We are looking for a Sous Chef who can cook to a high level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Sous Chef who enjoys working to high standards and has a AA Rosette cooking background from a high end gastro, restaurant or hotel.
