The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Services Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day IT service delivery and support for Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP. The ideal candidate will align with current and future business requirements and objectives while managing 1st and 2nd line support engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align IT Services with business requirements and objectives
  • Manage daily IT service delivery for Fisher Jones Greenwood
  • Supervise and lead 1st and 2nd line support engineers
  • Work closely with the Head of IT Service Delivery within Lawfront on strategic initiatives

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Windows Server administration
  • DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory management
  • M365/Entra implementation and administration
  • Group Policy / InTune configuration and management
  • Basic Linux services
  • TCP/IP networking and routing
  • VOIP PBX
  • Infrastructure management
  • Cybersecurity best practices
  • Office 365 suite administration
  • Windows desktop/AVD support and management

Experience

  • Experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong understanding of data regulations and GDPR compliance
  • Proficiency in end-user applications, including the Office 365 suite
  • Experience with Windows desktop administration and support
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
