As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain client accounts, ensuring communication is regular and maintained.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of accounts, including attending client operational review meetings and providing analysis/reporting of volume and costs/revenues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are up to dates.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring all client deliverables are met on time.
  • Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
  • Building relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.
  • Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with all relevant personnel.

The Person:

  • Experience within a similar role is essential.
  • Effective management to maximise time with clients
  • Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle.
  • Numerate, analytical and IT literate.
  • Pro-active with planning and preparation skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to ever changing company/trade requirements.
  • Creative approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to create an effective link between customer and company.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
