Assure Personnel are excited to be working with a fantastic client based in Colchester, our client also have an office in south Suffolk and you must be willing to travel there at least once a week. This role is newly created and an exciting opportunity to make the role your own!

The Role

  • Mentoring and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets, creating actionable plans to address any shortfalls
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales managers to review performance and share best practices.
  • Provide proactive and effective service to all levels of internal and external customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage interactions between the company and its customers, addressing issues with pricing, service, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer retention and repeat business.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, adjusting sales strategies in response to market changes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a sales manager role
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills and accurate record keeping
