Do you have previous experience working with experiential marketing; or previous experience project managing within events? Our client is looking to recruit into their dynamic team to help deliver their growing portfolio of services! This is a hybrid role, based in the Colchester / North Essex area 2 days a week. Around this there will be travel within the UK to the projects you are managing, as well as the opportunity to work from home when not out and about. This client is accessible by train with less than a half hr walk to the office

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

A little more about the role:

You will be reporting directly the Project Delivery Manager, leading projects within the Project Management Team. You'll be involved in the day-to-day management of contracts and projects, ensuring that the highest standard of efficiency and client satisfaction is achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project management plans covering scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, and project closure
  • Strategically plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to ensure projects are delivered within budget and cost-effectively
  • Prepare daily labour schedules in advance to manage client expectations and efficiently allocate resources for assigned sites
  • Drive project profitability through operational outputs
  • Promoting all aspects of the business through professional execution of existing contract works
  • Ensure client satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations throughout the project lifecycle, both in terms of finished project quality and service provided
  • Motivating colleagues and peers through your work
  • Represent the company in all project meetings as required

Your Background & Skill:

  • Relevant degree or Project Management qualification
  • Experience within a Project Management role, or similar, is essential
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word and Teams)
  • Experience in project financial planning
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in dispute/conflict management
