About the Role:
As aTechnical Sales Executive, you'll be an essential part of our close-knit team, helping customers across various industries find the perfect solutions from our market-leading range ofdust, fume, and mist extraction products. Based in our Colchester office, this dynamic role combines office-based support with occasional customer visits.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Learn and become an expert in our cutting-edge product range.
- Collaborate with customers to specify and sell solutions tailored to their needs.
- Develop quotes for products, spares, and services.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure exceptional customer care.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Provide expert technical advice to both new and existing customers.
What Were Looking For:
- A solid understanding ofengineering/manufacturing processes.
- Proven sales and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and ready to inspire others.
- A technical mindset with the ability to grasp complex concepts.
- Strong communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Word and Excel.
- A validdriving license.
