Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Sales & Client Relations Manager to lead their sales and customer success teams in Colchester. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for new business development and account management within high-volume, consumable product sectors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, structured, and systems-oriented, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and customer success teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop team members' skills in business development and account management.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging cross-functional collaboration between teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across multiple product categories.

About You:

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership and customer success management, ideally within high-volume, consumable product industries.
