Are you a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to launch your career in civil engineering? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate/Junior Engineer to join our clients team in Colchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, analysis, and execution of civil engineering projects

  • Support senior engineers in the development of project specifications, reports, and documentation

  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and coordination

  • Perform site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met

  • Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and calculations

  • Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to ensure project success

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A keen interest in developing technical knowledge and practical skills in civil engineering

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software (desirable)

  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Full UK driving license
