About the role as Client Services Executive:
As a vital part of the Client Services team, youll oversee day-to-day client communications, assist with marketing initiatives, and help maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Working closely with the Client Services Managers, you'll ensure seamless service delivery, manage client instructions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 working fully on site based in Colchester.
Key Responsibilities as a Client Services Executive:
- Processing client quotations and instructions accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a key liaison via phone and email, promoting services and arranging client appointments
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping the company database updated with accurate and relevant client information
- Ensure adequate support is available for the Client Services Teams, facilitating the achievement of company targets.
- Supporting marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
- Assisting with reports, updates, and internal projects to improve processes
- Handling additional administrative tasks as required
