- Take a top-level view of the firm structure and modelling how and when it may need to change/adapt in order to meet the objectives of the 5-year plan
- Budget owner for any change programmes/PR/Marketing expenditure
- Senior stakeholder for marketing & promotion – overall strategy design for increasing our presence and maintaining a status of a trusted brand

- Educated to MBA level ideally (relevant degree essential i.ie economics / legal / business / accountancy).
