- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and a strong sales background.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong general computer skills.
- GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths.
- Excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills.
