Their team is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your new roleThey are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and supporting project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion, including amendments and renewals.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure contract terms are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contracts.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the construction or subcontracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities.
