They areseeking a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Director to join thegrowing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of multiple roofing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety standards, ensuring all work complies with industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and high-quality service.
- Drive operational efficiency, developing innovative solutions to meet project demands.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with specifications, safety protocols, and quality control.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in contracts management, ideally within the roofing, construction, or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and the ability to enforce safety standards across all projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts, including budget oversight and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and contractors.
- A roofing background would be highly advantageous, though not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- 70,000 - 80,000 for highly experienced candidates
- 60,000 - 70,000 for those looking to take the next step in their career
