Manage a caseload of up 50 active files across residential conveyancing matters, predominantly new build transactions.
Running files from initial instruction to completion, dealing with any related sales where required.
Liasing with initial enquiries from developers
Setting up site packs, reporting back to stakeholders on any changes
Liaise professionally and effectively with developers, solicitors and other stakeholders.
Working collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate each others successes
Overseeing support staff and delegating tasks

About YouYou have atleast 2 years of a busy conveyancing practice and are looking to join a close knit supportive team. If you have support staff looking to move this can also be supported!
