Licensed Conveyancer£35,000 +OnsiteThe FirmCrone Corkill is working with a well-established law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly & supportive team in their Colchester office.You will join a firm that is well known for its expertise across commercial & private law.   • Manage a caseload of up 50 active files across residential conveyancing matters, predominantly new build transactions.
  • Running files from initial instruction to completion, dealing with any related sales where required.
  • Liasing with initial enquiries from developers
  • Setting up site packs, reporting back to stakeholders on any changes
  • Liaise professionally and effectively with developers, solicitors and other stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate each others successes
  • Overseeing support staff and delegating tasks

About YouYou have atleast 2 years of a busy conveyancing practice and are looking to join a close knit supportive team. If you have support staff looking to move this can also be supported!
