We are supporting a company based in Colchester who are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. This is a full time position paying up to £27,000 with an additional bonus based on teams commission. This position has a rota pattern covering early and late shifts, the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays are required with time in lieu returned the following week.

Duties include:

  • Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings
  • Motivate and enhance team performance through training and development
  • Drive the sales process, ensuring growth and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships with other managers and regional teams
  • Deliver new starter inductions and act as a role model for the team
  • Ensure timely completion of administration tasks

To be successful you must have previous management experience and be a motivated and passionate individual who can drive and lead a team of driven sales people. From day one you will be offered comprehensive training with ongoing coaching and development.
