We have an exciting role for a Learning & Development Coordinator within our Learning & Development team here at our Head Office. Care UK is an awarding winning private care company with over 150 care homes across the United Kingdom. The role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the apprentices in the business with support from our suppliers.
  • Support implementation of any Learning & Development driven projects
  • Coordination of Training needs analysis / surveys and other data driven activity to help drive strategy
  • Help with co-ordination of events
  • Supporting the booking of courses
  • Support development learning content and document creation
  • Creating documents & keeping the Intranet up to date
  • Helping and supporting with all projects that come into L&D

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience of booking courses and events
  • Good analytical skills
  • Communication in large businesses
  • Car Driver
