About the role:

As our Senior Sales Negotiator, you will expertly navigate the entire property sales process. Working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm & Saturdays: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (day off in lieu but not specifically every week).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for sales.
  • Negotiate offers to secure successful sales.
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Keep clients updated and resolving any issues during the process.
  • Promote additional services, such as mortgages and conveyancing.
  • Manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Generate new valuation appointments for sales.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

About you:

You will be a dynamic, mission-driven individual who possesses a target-driven mindset and a strong desire to succeed in a sales / property environment. With a professional background within property / estate agency as Senior Sales Negotiator you will need ideally 1-2 years previous experience. You will have exceptional communication and customer service skills and be flexible to work Saturdays. You will need to have a passion for the property sector. It is essential you have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
