Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity? We have a fantastic role based in Colchester, offering a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum along with excellent benefits. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team at a leading provider in the transport management sector. Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Manage and monitor the credit control process to ensure payment deadlines are met.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss outstanding payments.
- Liaise with suppliers to provide updates on outstanding invoices and resolve queries.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department manager.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar financial role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

- Salary: £27,000 per year.
