Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 2 years of advisory experience, seeking a new opportunity?
We are currently looking for skilled advisers who meet these qualifications to join our client’s expanding team in the Colchester area. They are a rapidly growing, independent Mortgage and Protection firm offering a unique opportunity to join their team as a Senior Mortgage Advisor and can offer a fantastic lead source with uncapped commission.
They are offering for the successful Senior Mortgage Advisor:
- Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 - £70,000
- Strong Commission Structure
Working Hours:
- Office Based
- Monday – Friday | 9 – 5:30
- Alternate Saturdays (Lieu Day in return) 10 – 5
Senior Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience
- Proven track record of writing 10+ mortgages a month
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Handling more specialist cases
- Supporting team initiatives
- Mentoring Trainee Advisors
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Highly organised with effective time management
Key responsibilities for the position of Senior Mortgage Advisor:
- Generating mortgage business
- Providing top-tier customer service at all times
- Maintaining proactive and ongoing customer communication
