Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Office Based)

Location: Colchester

Hourly Pay: 13ph + Holiday Pension & Adecco Benefits

Contract Type: Temporary - Immediate til 1st April - potential to be extended to the 1st June

Working Pattern: Full Time Monday-Sunday (8am - 11pm, 37.5 hours) Weekly shift rota

Due to location of the company, own transport is essential for this role.

  • Assist with vetting and setting up new matters, ensuring accurate detail recording on the Claims Management System.
  • Review new claims, explaining coverage decisions clearly and courteously to claimants.
  • Manage live claims efficiently, responding to inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to expedite claim processing.
  • Monitor developing costs, ensuring they are accurate and justifiable.
  • Facilitate the closure of claims by reviewing files and preparing them for feedback and final reconciliation.

This role requires good verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. If you have excellent organisational skills and a knack for prioritising tasks, they want to hear from you!
