We are seeking a Data Analyst/Administrator with an engineering background to join a manufacturer in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with experience in product or project management, who excels in data analysis and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct data cleansing and management to ensure accuracy and usability of data.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support project management and team activities.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to create reports, manage data, and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of project objectives.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and records.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project schedules and resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data analysis and administration within an engineering or related technical field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas, charts, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience in product or project management, with a good understanding of project workflows and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
