Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the Showroom Manager with the daily operations of their premium tile showroom. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in retail management, particularly within the tile sales sector. As an Assistant Showroom Manager, you will be a key advocate for our client’s brand, embody their core values, and demonstrate exceptional leadership to meet the company’s sales and financial objectives.
Duties will include:
- Retail and Trade customer sales
- High level of customer focus providing exceptional customer service
- Order and payment processing
- General stock control including lifting and handling stock
- Effective managing a team
As Assistant Showroom Manager you will:
- Lead by example and possess strong leadership skills.
- Have proven background in Tile retail sales.
- Ensure exceptional standards are always maintained.
- Experience of MS Tools
- A flexible approach to work and a desire to grow within a successful business.
