- Providing proactive, thorough, and visionary direction to positively influence the team.
- Using your previous background working as a Registered Home Manager within an elderly care setting.
- Driving occupancy and improving fees.
- Retaining and developing excellent relationships with local healthcare agencies, the local community, and professionals.
- Embedding the highest standards of care.
As the Home Manager, your package will include:
- An annual salary of £60,000.
